Order with confidence. If it doesn't fit, we make it right.

Every part on CarPartSG is matched to specific vehicles. Before we list anything, we cross-check the OEM part number against the manufacturer catalogue. If you use our Year / Make / Model selector and the part shows as compatible, we stand behind that.

Our promise

  1. We verify before we list. No generic listings that "might fit." Either it fits, or it doesn't appear in your results.
  2. Submit your VIN at checkout. For premium / complex orders, we recommend sending your 17-character VIN. We re-check fitment before shipping.
  3. If it doesn't fit, return it. We refund the part cost in full if the wrong part was listed. Unused, original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

What the guarantee does NOT cover

  • Parts installed onto the wrong vehicle by the customer (please verify via VIN if unsure).
  • Wear parts damaged during installation.
  • Safety-critical items (brake pads, rotors, ball joints) once fitted.

All parts purchased from CarPartSG are installed entirely at the buyer's own risk. Installation should be performed by a qualified workshop or mechanic. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that:

  • CarPartSG is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, installation, or failure of any part — including (without limitation) damage to your vehicle, other components, property, or any personal injury.
  • Our liability in any case is limited to the purchase price of the part itself.
  • Improper installation, use of incorrect tools, failure to follow torque specifications, or installation onto a vehicle the part is not specified for, voids any warranty.
  • Safety-critical components (brakes, suspension, steering) must be inspected and approved by a qualified mechanic before the vehicle is driven.
