Not every car and not every part is listed in our catalogue yet. That's why we run a personal WhatsApp concierge for CarPartSG customers — a real human confirms fitment for your exact chassis before you pay, and sources the part if we don't have it yet.
Use the concierge for
- Fitment confirmation — send your VIN / chassis and the part you need. We verify against OEM part numbers before you pay.
- Sourcing requests — if your car or part isn't on the store, tell us what you need. We quote within a few hours through our supplier network.
What to send us
- Year — e.g. 2017
- Brand — e.g. Jaguar
- Model — e.g. XJ
- VIN / chassis number — 17 characters, on your logbook or windscreen base
- Part needed — the part's name (shock absorber, control arm, brake disc, etc). A photo alone isn't enough — we need the name too.
We reply within SG business hours (usually a few hours). No obligation — ask us anything.
