We want you to buy with confidence. Here's how returns work:
⏱️ Order cancellation window: 4 hours
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed for a full refund. After 4 hours, the order has typically entered our supplier-confirmation or shipping pipeline and cannot be cancelled — only returned per the policy below.
To cancel within the 4-hour window: message WhatsApp +65 8865 2158 with your order number.
Eligible for return
- Unused parts in original sealed packaging
- Parts wrongly listed as compatible (see our Fitment Guarantee)
- Manufacturer defects discovered before installation
Not eligible for return
- Installed parts — once mounted, it's yours
- Electrical parts if the packaging is opened (standard across the industry)
- Items damaged after delivery by customer handling
- Gaskets, seals, and consumables after 7 days from delivery
- Orders cancelled outside the 4-hour cancellation window
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
- We'll send return instructions within one business day.
- Ship the item back at buyer's cost (unless the return is due to our fitment error — then we cover it).
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt + inspection, to the original payment method.
